## What changed about the punch list

**Before testing**: 38 Free tasks (F-01 to F-38) + 34 Pro tasks (P-01 to P-34) = **72 items** flagged as gaps.

**After testing**: ~9 actual gaps remain (G-01 to G-09). **Plugin is ~85% closer to release than the manifest analysis suggested.**

The manifest under-counted settings tabs and admin pages; the actual UX is comprehensive. Real remaining work is now **focused, not sprawling**.
